For a long time, I didn't think that massage would really help the pain I felt in my shoulder. For many years, I thought that massage wouldn't work for me. Thankfully, my daughter convinced me to go to a local massage clinic. My shoulder pain lessened after the massage sessions and I realised I had to find out more.
